5 out of 5 starsApril, my apologies it took me so long to post this review, but the custom Havdallah set you made me is truly beautiful and I love it! My only constructive feedback is that the tray has a small dip in the middle that makes some of the pieces have a slight wobble when they sit on it, but nothing so wiggly it’s a hazard or a hindrance to functionality. Other than that, top notch quality, gorgeous color, & the loving touch of the hands on the bottom holding it all! 🙌 Thank you 😊 This seller was very easy to communicate with and open to my requests. Would buy again.

4 out of 5 starsWonderful communication with the artist... who was more than willing to personalize our kiddish cup exactly how we wanted. It’s a beautiful one-of-a-kind item. The artist let us know before shipping that there was a small flaw in the glaze before mailing the cup to us, and because it was so close to our wedding date, we had her ship it anyway (since there was no time for the item to be remade). What a surprise that she gave us a small credit on our Visa card for the imperfection. Even with the small flaw, our kiddish cup will be perfect for our wedding. Thank you!

Handmade either on the wheel or using handbuilding techniques (many times a combination of both), April's pieces are bisque fired, then glazed and fired again to stoneware temperatures. This creates pieces that are durable and safe for use.

Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders
If you have requested a custom order, please know it takes 4 - 8 weeks for a finished product. This is due to production time, drying time, and the fact each piece has to be fired to bisque stage, glazed, then fired again (each firing takes approximately 12 hours plus cooling time).
Care instructions
Pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe unless otherwise indicated. However, always check for a piece being hot before removing it from the microwave and, even though a dishwasher makes washing things easier, handwashing handmade pottery is advised.
